Suggested List of Web Sites

A few teachers at Irving use a list of teacher approved websites that students may visit when their work is complete. Providing students with well defined limits eliminates many problems with students visiting inappropriate sites. We refer to it as simply THE LIST. The list is divided into three levels. The first level is categorized as fun but educational, level two is fun, problem solving, and could be justified as education related, and level three is just plain fun. Level three sites are for students to visit from home. This list changes as students/teachers suggest sites and I would be happy to add any of your suggestions. Just email Stacey Fike, sfike@norman.k12.ok.us with suggestions.
